The Farr Out Guesthouse Team welcomes you to Paternoster's relaxing 'suburb'
Marion Lubitz, originally from Germany, was hooked onto South Africa since her first visit in 1989. She moved permanently to the country in 1998 to dedicate herself to the tourist industry. From 2007 till 2010 she was the volunteer chairperson of Paternoster Village Tourism and implemented amongst other things the tourism information office in Paternoster. Thereafter she decided to rather concentrate at their own business Farr Out to grow it to what it is now.

South African born Deon van Schalkwyk with his passion for the West Coast, convinced Marion to settle down in the quiet area of Paternoster in 2003. After 24 years of Air force duty he called it a day to start a new life along the coastline. In 2009 he decided to study again and became a qualified Tour Guide for the Western Cape. This gave him the opportunity to take out the guests for casual strolls in the Beach Buggy to share the interesting stories and history of the West Coast.

Together they have built up a reliable team with "true Paternoster locals" Molla, Marie, Carmen and Althea to have your accommodation at the West Coast a comfortable one.
